Jay Has been on his own fitness journey. Jay has always been fairly fit as he was a football player, he was in the US Army and a Career Firefighter/Paramedic. During Jay's time in the Army, Jay sustained an injury which during his recovery time put on som very unwanted pounds, as jay explains it. Jay, said he puton over 75 lbs during that time, and wasn't feeling good at all, he was having a diffcult time climbing stairs and doing active things with his kids. He knew he needed to due something about it. Jay started walking a little and got himself back into a routine, changed his nutrition and lost over 100 lbs. Jay is passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals.
