I started working out about 15 years ago. It started with just me and a couple buddies in the gym and then it slowly became a lot more serious. About 5 years into my training I teamed up with a gym partner who at the time was in his mid 60s. It turns out teaming up with him was one of the best things that happened to me. When I first started training I was roughly 160 pounds at 5’11 tall. After a few years training with my new partner I put on over 30 pounds of muscle and was over 190 pounds. Not only did I learn about proper nutrition but I learned about proper training methods and a lot of old school techniques that he learned throughout his years of bodybuilding. Everything I’ve learned from him and have applied it to not only my training but to all of my clients sessions as well. I feel there is nothing I can’t teach someone In a matter of minutes. I like to keep things simple,and set realistic goals that are easy for my clients to follow while they have fun doing it.
