Hello, I'm Chris. I have been a fitness professional for over ten years, specializing in women's fitness and lifestyle coaching. I am an ISSA Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. As a coach in my late 40s, I bring a unique perspective, helping women reach their fitness goals during different life stages, from childbirth to menopause. Building relationships with my clients and collaborating to develop long-term fitness plans that fit their lifestyles is extremely important and fulfilling. I consistently exceed my clients' expectations by adapting as their needs change. Outside the gym, I enjoy hiking with my dog and following the latest developments in women's health. My mission is to help women of all ages improve their health and well-being through the power of exercise and nutrition.
