I specialize in incorporating and blending strength, flexibility, pain management, core stability, balance, coordination, endurance, weight loss, toning, and mental performance all into one balanced exercise program and holistic view of health and wellness. I also specialize in improving mental health through physical fitness by focusing on the mind/body connection of exercise. I began my journey into fitness through sports training. Specifically basketball, football, baseball, soccer, and track & field. This also gives me a unique understanding of sports performance training as well. I have two bachelors degrees. One is Human Health & Performance and the other is in Psychology. I am also finishing up my masters degree in Health Psychology. Studying psychology so extensively has helped me learn to positively influence, motivation, and inspire clients to reach their full potential and achieve their fitness goals.
