Hi there, my name is Calvin Scheller, and I am a nutrition nerd! Through years of research, and practical application on myself and many others, I have learned many nuances of the hormonal system that oftentimes leave us low on energy, and not reaching the goals we are striving for. I have been a health writer for the last two years, and have papers published on the topics of neuroscience and nutritional biochemistry.
Typically, I run a three stage process to get you to your most optimal health. In stage one, you and I will figure out the anchors that are currently holding you back from achieving the health you desire. Once we find and eliminate those anchors, we will have set your body up to reach your goals almost effortlessly, which is when we will move into stage two. Stage two is simply just the phase of progressively moving towards your goals, whether it be fat loss or other health goals, until we ultimately achieve your desired outcomes. Then we move onto stage three, which is the most important stage.
You would not want to go through this process, and then slowly fall back into poor health would you?
Of course not!
So in stage three we will ensure that we have set up a program that effortlessly and easily fits into your life, and allows you to maintain the results that you have achieved, and continue to progress if you choose to do so. My goal is to teach you all of the nuances of health and nutrition, so you can maintain the body you want for the rest of your life!
