Hello! My name is Xander, I am a 21 year old NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a little over a year of experience. I have been in the gym industry for 3+ years and I absolutely love it. I currently have my associates in Kinesiology while still continuing my education to soon get my Bachelors in Kinesiology as well. I am also currently in the process of my Nutrition Certification while having great knowledge in the field of nutrition. My personal fitness journey began when I weighed 250lbs and lost 75lbs in a little over a year. Along my journey I gained more knowledge in college and amazing coaches/people that helped me get to where I am. I now weigh 180lbs with 175 being my lowest ever and I feel great! Finding the CORRECT ways to create lifestyles and relationships with both the gym and food as a whole is what I embrace. Throughout my journey it sparked a fire in me to embrace my passion, knowledge, and physical abilities to help people worldwide achieve their goals. Helping people achieve their personal fitness goals is what I love to do. Let’s train with confidence!
